Delivery Information & Costs

MSJ Fittings is pleased to offer free delivery* on all orders over £50.00 + VAT within our UK Mainland delivery areas.

Two Day Delivery

Our “In Stock – Two-day delivery” service is not guaranteed two-day delivery. Orders placed before 3 pm (Monday to Friday) and complete will leave our warehouse by the following evening. Any orders placed after this time will be processed as if received on the following working 2 days. Our working days are Monday to Friday. We are closed at the weekend, and all UK bank Holidays.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service and DPD, depending on the size and nature of the items. Both services rely on third-party networks from Aberdeenshire to your local delivery office. As such, we cannot guarantee 100% next working day delivery and are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by delays, including loss of income, profits, markets, reputation, customers, use, or opportunities.

Typically, 90-95% of orders arrive the next working day, but during peak periods such as Christmas, slight delays may occur.

Mixed Delivery Dates

If your order contains items with different delivery dates, your order will be sent out complete on the latest delivery date unless you contact us via your order confirmation email to request otherwise.

 Delivery Charges

Orders under £50 + VAT will incur a £5 + VAT delivery charge within UK Mainland.

We no longer deliver to the Channel Islands.

Delivery Cut-Off Time

Our cut-off time for next working day delivery on in-stock items is 3 pm (Monday to Friday). Any orders placed after this time will be processed as if received on the following working day.

Deliveries are tracked via Royal Mail, DPD, or Parcel Force, with some items delivered directly by suppliers.

Certain remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times due to courier restrictions.

Liability Disclaimer

As we use third-party couriers, MSJ Fittings cannot guarantee 100% two day working day delivery. We disclaim any liability for loss or inconvenience arising from delivery delays, including loss of income, profits, markets, reputation, customers, use, or opportunities.
