MSJ Fittings is pleased to offer free delivery* on all orders over ยฃ60.00 Including VAT within our UK Mainland delivery areas.

ย 48 Hour Delivery Service (excluding full box insulation orders) โ€“ typically, 90-95% of orders arrive the next working day, but during peak periods such as Christmas, slight delays may occur.

Our โ€œIn Stock โ€“ Two-day deliveryโ€ service is not guaranteed two-day delivery. Orders placed before 3 pm (Monday to Friday) and complete will leave our warehouse by the following evening. Any orders placed after this time will be processed as if received on the following working 2 days. Our working days are Monday to Friday. We are closed at the weekend, and all UK bank Holidays.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service and DPD, depending on the size and nature of the items. However, we cannot guarantee 100% our 48 ย hour delivery.ย  Therefore, we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by delays, including loss of income, profits, markets, reputation, customers, use, or opportunities.

Our full box insulation orders are dispatched via a 3rd party company and we are 3 to 6 day delivery. There are restrictions on postcodes we can deliver to, please see the list. At this point we can not deliver to Islands but we are looking at options to start.

Scotland & Remote Locations

We are unable to offer standard shipping to the following postcode areas:

KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, FK, KY, G, KA, ML, EH, TD, DG, HS, ZE

These locations often incur extended delivery times and additional courier charges.

Isle of Wight

The following postcodes are also excluded from standard delivery:

PO30, PO31, PO32, PO33, PO34, PO35, PO36, PO37, PO38, PO39, PO40, PO4

Delivery Cut-Off Timeย Our cut-off time for 48 Hour delivery on in-stock items is 3pm (Monday to Friday). Any orders placed after this time will be processed as if received on the following working day.

Deliveries are tracked via Royal Mail, DPD, or Parcel Force.

Certain remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times due to courier restrictions.
